Rugby League Fever: What’s in Store for Suva This Weekend?

Rugby League excitement returns to Suva as the second week of the 2024 NRL Pacific Championships commences today at the HFC Bank Stadium. Following last week’s thrilling matches, this week’s events promise even more intense competition.

The action begins at 3:50 PM with a curtain raiser featuring the Fiji Residents against the Samoa Residents, showcasing the growing rugby league talent from both sides. At 6 PM, the Fiji Bulikula will clash with the Cook Islands Moana in a crucial match as both teams vie for qualification to the Women’s Rugby League World Cup.

The highlight of the evening occurs at 8:10 PM when the Vodafone Fiji Bati take the field against the Cook Islands Aitu. The Bati are looking to bounce back from their recent 10-22 loss to the Papua New Guinea Kumuls.
