In total, 23 individuals were charged with 52 counts of various sexual offenses in November. Disturbingly, a 19-year-old man faces charges for the rape of his 8-year-old stepsister, alongside two other separate charges involving the defilement of teenage girls.
Moreover, a 38-year-old man has been charged with both rape and causing bodily harm to a 41-year-old woman.
