Rising Stars: Primary School Championship Showcases Thrilling Competitions

The primary school inter-district championship this year has showcased remarkable skills and talent, according to Dinamani Mudaliar, president of the Fiji Primary School Football Association. Mudaliar noted that the quality of play has notably improved, resulting in thrilling finishes and competitive matches.

He highlighted that the scorelines reflect minimal margins, with many games concluding with results such as 2-1 or even draws. This trend indicates a heightened level of competition compared to previous years.

Mudaliar pointed out that, traditionally, larger teams have had the upper hand, but this season has seen surprising draws and narrow wins, indicating a diminishing gap between the top teams and their competitors. He urged fans and supporters to turn out in large numbers to cheer for their teams.
