Nancy Tikoisuva has been appointed as the Acting Director of Public Prosecutions. Her appointment took effect yesterday following the revocation of the former Acting DPP, John Rabuku, who was deemed unqualified by the Supreme Court.
The State Prosecutor expressed enthusiasm for this new role and encouraged all staff of the Director of Public Prosecutions to continue striving for excellence.
