Coach Raj Dayal from Canada arrived in the country over the weekend to prepare Nadi for the upcoming FMF Inter District Championship, set to take place at Churchill Park in Lautoka this month. Dayal’s first assignment was to lead the Jetsetters in their final match of the Digicel Fiji Premier League season against Suva. He achieved immediate success, guiding the team to a 2-1 victory, concluding their campaign with 25 points and a sixth-place finish. Dayal will collaborate with Varoon Karan to train the Green Machine, which is placed in Group B along with defending champions Ba, League winners Rewa, and Nadroga. The IDC is scheduled to occur from October 15 to 20.
