Queen Victoria School is on track to defend their Vodafone Deans U18 title, having secured a hard-fought 17-11 victory against Ratu Navula College in the second semifinal held at HFC Bank Stadium in Suva. Fullback Nathan Stephens was instrumental in the match, successfully converting three penalties in the early stages.
Before halftime, Ratu Navula made a comeback with a try and a penalty, closing the score to 9-8. The second half featured intense competition as both teams fought fiercely for control. Although Ratu Navula managed to score another penalty, Queen Victoria School clinched the win with a try along with another penalty by Stephens, setting up a final matchup against Nasinu Secondary School next Saturday.
