In a statement, Mr. Nalumisa expressed his deep concern regarding how the Hibiscus committee has managed the situation. He emphasized that the ministry maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of misconduct and highlighted the importance of ensuring the safety and dignity of all participants.
