These smaller tremors were recorded at shallow depths between 6 to 7 kilometers and were not felt by residents.
Authorities have confirmed that none of the seismic activity presents an immediate tsunami threat and have urged calm among residents while encouraging them to stay updated with official communications in the event of further seismic occurrences. These minor quakes serve as a reminder of the region’s geological activity, emphasizing the importance of preparedness and awareness in earthquake-prone areas.
