Authorities are currently investigating a violent incident that occurred outside a nightclub in Suva, with a video of the altercation circulating widely on social media.
Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations (ACPO) Livai Driu confirmed that he has been briefed about the situation and that a dedicated team from the Central Division is actively working to identify and apprehend all individuals involved in the brawl.
“The investigation is ongoing, and we will begin by questioning the staff who were working at the nightclubs in the vicinity last night,” noted ACP Driu. He added that police were present during the incident and provided assistance by transporting those injured to nearby hospitals.
