Christian Mission Fellowship College has recently obtained $9,895 worth of equipment specifically designed for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). This investment aims to enhance the practical skills of students, particularly those enrolled in hospitality and automotive programs.
The equipment includes essential items such as a refrigerator, a four-burner gas stove with an oven, and a stainless steel worktable, among other supplies. During the equipment handover, Education Minister Aseri Radrodro highlighted the significance of providing students with the appropriate tools, stating that these resources will directly support 14 hospitality students and 30 automotive students during their hands-on training.
Minister Radrodro emphasized the importance of equipping students for careers in key growth sectors such as hospitality and tourism, reinforcing the government’s commitment to improving TVET programs across the nation. This initiative is part of a broader strategy to enhance vocational training and ensure that students are well-prepared to meet the demands of the job market, paving the way for economic stability and growth.
