New Director’s Remuneration Policy Launches: What You Need to Know

The Cabinet has approved the Director’s Remuneration Policy for 2024. According to a statement from the Office of the Prime Minister, this new policy is the result of a review of the Remuneration and Benefits Policy established in 2009 for directors of Government Commercial Companies and Commercial Statutory Authorities. The updated policy takes into account the significant changes in the business landscape, emphasizing greater accountability and responsibility for the board of directors. The policy is effective immediately.
