This $50 million, 101-bedroom hotel project is a collaboration with the Public Service Association Investment Company Pte Ltd (PSAICFPL) and Cove Management Ltd, with construction set to begin next year.

“This will be the first ‘Days Inn by Wyndham’ in the South Pacific. We are so excited to be able to launch this globally-recognized brand within this beautiful country,” Holmes said.

He emphasized that the design of the new hotel would set a high standard for ‘Days Inn by Wyndham’ in the region. “The design looks great and the location is amazing, and we couldn’t be more excited to partner in the process.”

Holmes also acknowledged the collaboration with Cove Management Limited, which will manage the property once it is completed, and expressed gratitude to PSAICFPL for their confidence in the project.
