Nadi FC, the last team to secure a spot in the upcoming BiC Fiji FACT tournament, is entering the competition with enthusiasm and a determination to showcase their capabilities. Coach Raj Dayal emphasizes that discipline and teamwork are essential to their success, principles which Nadi values strongly.

The Jetsetters have had a mixed season in the Extra Premier League, with some matches having potentially gone in their favor. However, Dayal is optimistic about the future, focusing on ensuring that past mistakes do not hinder their performance in the tournament. “This year, we want to start the tournament on a high note. EPL was a little tough on us. We’ll be working on errors to get ourselves better. I think we have a promising Fiji FACT ahead of us,” he stated.

Currently, the team has been in training camp since Monday, highlighting their commitment to rigorous preparation. Dayal is also encouraging fans to show up in large numbers to support the Jetsetters during the matches.

Nadi FC will kick off their campaign against Nadroga on Friday at 12:30 PM, followed by matches against Labasa on Saturday at 4 PM and Suva on Sunday at 5 PM at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva. The excitement surrounding these matches is palpable, with live commentary available on Radio Fiji Two, ensuring that fans don’t miss any action.

This positive outlook reflects not only the team’s dedication but also an exciting opportunity for fans to rally behind Nadi FC as they embark on this crucial tournament. As they prepare to compete, there is a sense of hope that this could be a turning point for the team, bringing thrilling football and community spirit to the forefront.
