Six individuals were arrested on Sunday morning in Nadawa for reportedly selling alcohol without the necessary licenses. The Southern Division Taskforce executed a raid at a local shop, resulting in the seizure of various types of liquor.

These six individuals are currently in custody as the investigation progresses. The Fiji Police Force has expressed gratitude for public assistance in these matters and encourages citizens to report any instances of illegal liquor sales directly to Assistant Commissioner of Police Operations, Kasiano Vusonilawe, at 9904 905.

This proactive approach by law enforcement highlights the importance of community involvement in maintaining compliance with local regulations, fostering a safer environment for all.
