Police are currently investigating the death of a well-known chef in Suva, with authorities awaiting the results of a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death. The 60-year-old chef was discovered unresponsive at his home this morning.
A colleague raised the alarm after making several unsuccessful attempts to contact the chef, prompting a visit to his residence. Upon arrival, the colleague found him lying motionless and immediately notified the police.
Officers from the Crime Scene Investigations Unit were dispatched to the location to initiate the investigation, which is still ongoing.
