Mysterious Death of Suva’s Prominent Chef Under Investigation

Police are awaiting the results of a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death of a well-known chef in Suva this morning. The 60-year-old was discovered unresponsive at his home. A colleague alerted the police after visiting the chef’s residence due to unsuccessful attempts to reach him. Upon arrival, authorities found the chef lying still and promptly initiated an investigation. Officers from the Crime Scene Investigations Unit have been assigned to conduct preliminary inquiries, and police have stated that the investigation is ongoing.
