A police investigation is in progress following the discovery of a 60-year-old man’s body at his home in Suva this morning.
The investigation began after a colleague reported his concerns to the Totogo Police Station. The colleague had attempted to reach the man multiple times without success and decided to visit his home to check on him. Upon arrival, he found the victim unresponsive and immediately notified the authorities.
Officers from the Crime Scene Investigations Unit were sent to the location to initiate the investigation. Authorities are currently awaiting the results of a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death as the investigation unfolds.
