Melania Tora, an ambitious participant in the 2024 Miss Hibiscus pageant, aspires to establish a rehabilitation center in Fiji focused on offering free mental health services to vulnerable communities. At 24 years old, she proudly carries the banner of Tents & Awnings while pursuing a master’s degree in psychology at The University of the South Pacific.
Melania graduated with distinction, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts and Psychology from Deakin University in Victoria, Australia, and also possesses a Diploma in Arts and Psychology from the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. Her impressive academic background and commitment to psychology are paving the way for her goal of becoming a clinical psychologist.
In addition to her studies and future ambitions, Melania enjoys listening to music and podcasts, working out at the gym, and spending time with friends. Her varied interests and commitment to enhancing mental health services in Fiji position her as a standout contestant in this year’s pageant.
