Fiji Bati winger Maika Sivo has been released from his contract for the 2025 season by the Parramatta Eels, allowing him to explore new career opportunities.
In a statement, the NRL club expressed their appreciation for Sivo’s contributions since he joined in 2019, highlighting his achievement as the league’s top try scorer that year. Over his tenure with the club, he played 115 NRL games, earning a reputation as an exciting player and a fan favorite among the Blue and Gold supporters.
Parramatta Eels General Manager of Football Mark O’Neill extended heartfelt thanks to Sivo, his partner Korina, and his family for their time with the team, wishing them success in their future pursuits both in rugby league and beyond.
