The funeral service for the late Ram Prasad, a resident of the Golden Age Home in Lautoka, took place yesterday at the Lovu Crematorium. The ceremony was conducted by Pandit Relesh Sharma, the National Treasurer of the Shree Sanatan Dharm Brahman Purohit Sabha, along with Serupepeli Votea and Selva Nadan, the manager of the Lautoka Girmit Centre. Mr. Votea performed the final rites.
Prasad was cherished by his fellow residents and caregivers, and the Shree Sanatan Dharm Brahman Purohit Sabha expressed that he was given a respectful farewell that honored his life and legacy.
