Varun Karan has resigned from his position as the head coach of the Nadroga Stallions, citing a need to focus on his family and career. His successor will be Kamal Swamy, the former coach of Nadi and technical adviser to Nadroga. In an interview with FijiLive, Karan detailed the challenges of coordinating his coaching responsibilities with his personal ones. He admitted that consistent travel from Nadi was causing a disconnect with the team. While not ruling out a future return to coaching, Karan is currently choosing to prioritize his family and career above all else.
