JET Travel and Tours Pte Limited is enhancing its footprint in the Western Division with a new branch opening today in Nadi, backed by a $20,000 investment. The agency, which has been operational for 17 years and is based in Suva, is fully certified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
According to proprietor Satnam Singh, the expansion is a direct response to an increasing demand from customers in the Western Division. Singh shared insights about his journey, recalling that he began working from home in 2006 before establishing a physical office in Suva in 2008. The new branch in Nadi, a popular tourist destination, aims to strengthen their service offerings and market reach.
“Moving our business there would be a boost for us considering that we are a travel agency,” Singh stated. The services provided at the Nadi branch will mirror those offered in Suva, ensuring consistency and quality for their clients.
The new facility is strategically positioned to support both domestic and international travel needs, catering to a variety of customers. Services will include visa assistance, flight reservations, and bookings for accommodations and transportation.
Singh mentioned that with this expansion, customers on the West can now easily reach out to the Nadi branch for any travel-related inquiries. The new Jet Travel outlet is located at shop 28, level 1 My FNPF center, Koroivolu Ave, Nadi, and will be fully operational following today’s grand opening.
This strategic move not only highlights the growth and resilience of Jet Travel but also signifies increased access to travel services for residents and visitors in the region. With renewed opportunities in the tourism sector, the future looks bright for the agency and its clients alike.
