Hoskins Sotutu, recently overlooked by the All Blacks, has been recognized as the Super Rugby Pacific Player of the Year following his stellar performance with the Blues, the 2024 champions.
Sotutu demonstrated exceptional skill during the Super Rugby Pacific season, boasting 12 tries and eight assists, the highest for a forward in the league.
Displaying his versatility, the number 8 player also ranked in the top 10 for carries made. But his talent was not confined to just offensive play.
Defensively, Sotutu left a significant mark as well. He landed within the top 20 for tackles, was among the top five for rucks, and successfully won 14 turnovers.
