Fiji’s cruiserweight boxer, Sebastian “The Sniper” Singh, is feeling optimistic and prepared for his upcoming IBO Asia Pacific Cruiserweight title match against Tonga’s King Tonga Tongotongo as part of the South Pacific Boxing Promotion.

Singh is undeterred by the tough competition, stating he does not feel any pressure as the fight approaches. He admits to feeling some nerves but is motivated by the chance to compete in front of his local fans, particularly the children he works with.

Together with his team, Singh has engaged in rigorous training in anticipation of the bout and is eager to enter the ring. “We have been training hard; it’s fight week now, and I’m looking forward to jumping into the ring,” Singh expressed. He recognizes the challenges ahead and appreciates the effort his team has put into their preparation. He hopes to perform at a high level come fight night and, with a bit of luck, secure a victory.

Singh noted his experience facing formidable opponents in the past gives him confidence in his abilities. “I have fought big fights before; the nerves come from competing against such significant opponents. I just can’t wait to get in the ring and do my job,” he shared.

With his experience on an international stage, Singh is enthusiastic about demonstrating his skills and determination in front of his home audience.
