The Vodafone Deans competition has received the necessary approvals from the Fiji Rugby Union (FRU) and the Ministry of Education, ensuring that this season can proceed smoothly. Biu Colati, Vice President of the Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby Union (FSSRU), also expressed his excitement about this season, emphasizing the importance of safety and preparation for participating schools. Many schools have engaged in friendly matches as part of their buildup, showing increased dedication to the competition this year.

The Southern zone dean’s competition is set to take place at various venues, including Thompson Park in Navua and Suva Grammar grounds. With robust participation and enthusiasm from schools across the nation, the upcoming matches promise to showcase not just athletic ability, but also community spirit, as young players strive to make their mark.
