Rian Kaniabota, originally from Papua New Guinea, has made her home in Fiji alongside her husband, an iTaukei, and their five children. For the past two years, Rian has taken on the significant responsibility of managing their household while her husband works away from home.

Living near Valelevu offers Rian and her family easy access to nearby supermarkets, which adds convenience to their daily lives. She emphasizes the importance of healthy living by incorporating mostly organic foods into their diet. Moreover, Rian is committed to teaching her children the importance of financial literacy from a young age.

“Instilling these habits early will help them grow into responsible, knowledgeable individuals who can manage their own wellbeing in the future,” Rian expressed.

Rian’s proactive approach not only focuses on health but also fosters a sense of responsibility in her children, preparing them for a bright and independent future. Her dedication to her family’s well-being reflects a nurturing spirit that many can admire and aspire to emulate.
