The Water Authority of Fiji is set to carry out planned connection works for a new DN900mm Gravity Main that will link the Waitolu Reservoir to the existing DN600mm DICL Rising Main at the Waila Water Treatment Plant. This work is scheduled to take place from Friday, September 27, to Sunday, September 29, and will lead to temporary water disruptions for customers.

The areas affected include customers supplied by the Wainibuku Reservoir and associated reservoirs, impacting regions in Tovata, Nakasi, Davuilevu, Lokia, Koronivia, and several neighborhoods in Nasinu and Flagstaff.

Customers are encouraged to store water in advance to mitigate the impact of the service interruption.

During this disruption, the Water Authority of Fiji will offer water carting services. For further inquiries, customers may reach out to WAF at phone number 3346777 or through their mobile app or email.
