Rabuka also acknowledged the contributions of Fiji’s international missions, noting their role in enhancing the nation’s global reputation. He recognized the political challenges of recent years but reaffirmed the government’s dedication to healing and unity through the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, which aims to promote forgiveness and strengthen national solidarity.

Additionally, the Prime Minister prioritized poverty alleviation, outlining the government’s “one village at a time” strategy to enhance livelihoods. The Coalition Government’s initiatives include substantial investments in housing, sanitation, and infrastructure to establish a solid foundation for sustainable economic and social growth.
