The Fijian Drua has announced an exciting partnership with the well-known Australian sunglasses brand, Carve. As part of this collaboration, all players and staff of the Drua Men’s and Women’s teams will be equipped with high-quality Carve sunglasses, beginning with the upcoming 2025 Shop n Save Super Rugby Pacific season.

Shane Hussein, the General Manager Commercial of Fijian Drua, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating that it represents a great addition to their ongoing relationship with Jack’s of Fiji. He highlighted the dual benefits for the players, who will not only look great but also enjoy superior protection from the sun while training or interacting with the community.

Matt Whyte, the International Director of White Room, also shared his excitement for the partnership, emphasizing his deep connection with Fiji, where he has visited nearly 25 times. He sees sponsoring the Drua as a way of giving back to the warm and welcoming Fijian community.

Nikul Khatri, Director at Jack’s of Fiji, mentioned that as the official distributors of Carve in Fiji, they are thrilled to have Carve as the official eyewear sponsor of the Drua Rugby Team. He noted that Carve sunglasses are known for their quality and affordability, attributes that align well with the Drua brand both within Fiji and internationally.
