The Fijian Drua have announced an exciting development as they have successfully renewed their partnership with Shop N Save Supermarket for an additional three years. This renewed agreement will last through the 2026, 2027, and 2028 seasons, reaffirming Shop N Save Supermarket’s position as the Naming Rights Sponsor for Super Rugby Pacific in Fiji. The beloved competition will continue to be recognized locally as Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific.

This partnership marks a significant milestone, showcasing Shop N Save’s enduring support for the Drua and its commitment to the growth of both the club and the Super Rugby Pacific league, which is recognized as one of the top professional rugby competitions globally. Shop N Save has been a prominent sponsor since the Drua’s inception in the competition, establishing a lasting relationship with the team.

Jeff Miller, CEO of the Fijian Drua, expressed enthusiasm about the renewal, highlighting the intrinsic connection between the two organizations and their shared fan base. He noted, “Drua fans are everyday customers of Shop N Save Supermarket and vice versa,” emphasizing how the partnership is visibly represented in Shop N Save locations across Fiji. Miller also praised the supermarket’s investment in Fiji, including their new complex in Nausori, and looks forward to future collaborations to introduce innovative products and exciting promotions for fans.

Shop N Save Supermarket first joined as a sponsor of the Drua in 2022 and has maintained a robust presence on the team’s matchday kits. In 2023, they became the Naming Rights Sponsor of Super Rugby Pacific in Fiji, aligning with the competition’s rising popularity throughout the nation.

Nisheel Deo Kisun, Executive Director of Shop N Save, remarked that the renewal signifies the company’s strong belief in Fijian rugby and the national pride that the Drua embodies. He stated, “Shop N Save Supermarket is proud to continue its partnership with the Fijian Drua for the 2026 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific season.”

As the Official Supermarket of the Fijian Drua, Shop N Save will be integral to match-day events and fan-focused initiatives, further solidifying the connection between the club, its supporters, and the wider community over the next three years.

Excitingly, the Drua are preparing for the new season with preseason matches lined up against the Chiefs in New Zealand on the 30th of this month, followed by a clash against the Skipper Select team on the 6th of next month at Churchill Park in Lautoka. This season promises to be filled with opportunities for growth and community engagement as the Drua steps into the spotlight alongside its dedicated partner, Shop N Save.
