Ticket prices have been cut for the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua’s final Lautoka home game, organisers confirmed, in a move aimed at boosting crowd numbers for Saturday’s Round 9 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific clash with the Western Force at Churchill Park.

The Drua have slashed prices across several categories, with East Grass embankment tickets now going for $20 and children’s tickets $10. Timber 1 seats have been reduced to $70 (children $35), while Timber 2 is now $60 (children $30). All tickets are already on sale at the new rates.

Josefa Vanuaca, the Drua’s head of sales, said the price drop was designed to make it easier for families and local supporters to attend the side’s last match in Lautoka this season. “These reduced ticket prices for the last Lautoka match this season will make it easier for fans to come and cheer on their team and meet their favourite Drua players at Churchill Park this Saturday,” Vanuaca said, describing Churchill Park as the team’s “Fortress.”

The Western Force arrive with a strong line-up, the club noting the inclusion of several Wallabies and former NRL player Zac Lomax, adding extra star power to what the Drua hope will be a lively home atmosphere. The reduced fares are a clear push to ensure solid local backing against the Australian visitors.

Tickets can be purchased online via the Drua ticketing website and at a number of local outlets, including Jack’s of Fiji, Shop N Save Supermarkets, Lautoka City Council and Prouds stores. On match day, ticket booths will open at 12:30pm, and gates are scheduled to open at 2:30pm.

Organisers say the price changes are a last-minute initiative ahead of the final Lautoka fixture and come as part of broader efforts to grow the game’s attendance and give more fans the chance to see the Drua at home. With discounted children’s tickets available across seating tiers, the club is signalling a family-friendly approach to finish its Lautoka campaign.
