Weather Update
Greetings from the National Weather Forecasting Centre in Nadi! Buckle up, because here’s the scoop on what Mother Nature has in store for us until midnight tomorrow.
If you’re hanging out in Sigatoka-Coral Coast, Navua, Suva, Nausori, Kadavu, and the nearby islands, get ready for a cloudy adventure with brief showers that could pop up like surprise guests at a party! Meanwhile, places like Nadi, Lautoka, and most of the western side will be feeling particularly fine, with weather so pleasant you’ll wonder why you ever left the couch. Nights will be cool enough to consider snuggling with a blanket!
Now, let’s talk about the winds. They’ll be coming in from the southeast, which isn’t a popular direction for pillow fights, but hey, at least they’re moderate, making sure we’re not flying around like kites on a windy day. As for the sea? Just moderate as well. So, no Titanic reenactments!
On to Monday’s forecast: Expect those clouds to return over Sigatoka-Coral Coast, Navua, Suva, Nausori, and the like, bringing along some more showers to add a little suspense. The rest of you can continue enjoying fine weather while nights remain cool and delightful.
For Navua and its buddies: Cloudy periods mixed with brief showers are on the agenda. Expect temperatures between a snuggly 17°C at night and a sunny 27°C during the day.
If you’re in Nadi, Lautoka, or Ba, you’ll be living that mainly fine life with cool nights to nourish your cozy vibes. You can look forward to a delightful 18°C low and a sunny 29°C high.

Savusavu, Nabouwalu, Taveuni, Lau and Lomaiviti, and Kadavu will all have cloudy intervals with brief showers, keeping things interesting. They’ll be sailing between 19°C and 29°C, so pack your umbrellas—or don’t, because there’s always a chance they’ll just stay in the closet and gather dust!
Lastly, for Rotuma, you’re in for a wild ride with a trough of low pressure bringing some showers and isolated thunderstorms. Expect temperatures to be warm, with a low of 25°C and a high of 29°C.
