Situation
A weak trough of low pressure is hanging over the eastern part of the country, bringing a bit of cloud and showers that are likely to affect the group through today. A south to southeast wind flow continues over Fiji, giving the breeze a little attitude without turning it into a gale.

Forecast to midnight tonight for the Fiji group
– Cloudy periods with brief showers over Sigatoka-Korolevu, Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu-Naitasiri-Ra, Southern Bua, Cakaudrove, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands, as well as the Lau and Lomaiviti groups.
– Fine otherwise, with isolated afternoon or evening showers elsewhere.
– Cool at night.
– Moderate southeast winds.
– Moderate seas.

Outlook for Saturday
