Residents, especially those in flood-prone and low-lying areas, are being urged to stay alert as a Heavy Rain Warning remains in effect throughout the country.
In addition, a strong wind warning is in place, particularly affecting land areas of the Yasawa and Mamanuca groups, western Viti Levu, northern Vanua Levu, and Kadavu. These warnings extend to surrounding waters, including those of Yasawa, Mamanuca, and various passages, indicating a need for caution among mariners and those engaging in outdoor activities.
