Marist 7s Tournament Director, Koli Korovulavula, emphasized the importance of bonus points, stating that four flagship tournaments within the series provide such rewards, encouraging teams to strive for excellence.
This year’s tournament boasts 95 participating teams, including men’s, women’s, and youth categories, reinforcing the event’s commitment to inclusivity and development within the sport. The coaches and managers briefing for the under 18 boys and girls, as well as U18-21 and women’s divisions, will take place at 5 PM today at Lambert Hall in Flagstaff, showcasing the tournament’s structured approach.
