Fatal Crash in Lautoka: Driver Charged with Dangerous Driving

The Fiji Police Force has announced that a driver, accused of causing the death of a 20-year-old man in a motor vehicle accident in Lautoka last week, has been formally charged. The suspect, a 30-year-old man, faces one count of dangerous driving resulting in death and appeared in Lautoka Magistrates Court yesterday. He has been remanded in custody, with his case scheduled to resume on September 30, 2024.
