Young people in the Nacula district of Yasawa have been encouraged to recognize the significance of making wise choices. This message emerged during a week-long empowerment training attended by 33 youths from the area, organized by the Youth Ministry.
The training addressed crucial topics including sexual reproductive health and rights, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), responses to illicit drugs, mental health, human trafficking, and psychosocial support.
Keasi Delana, the divisional manager for the western region of the ministry, underscored the importance of making the right decisions during the closing ceremony held in Vuaki Village. He emphasized, “The key to success lies in making the right decisions, and I urge each and every one of you to take this message to heart.”
