Dreams Have No Expiry Date: 72-Year-Old Graduates University

Divendra Prasad Sharma, a 72-year-old man, celebrated a significant achievement by graduating from university yesterday, proving that age is merely a number. His journey toward higher education began during the orientation week at the University of the South Pacific (USP) Laucala Campus earlier this year, where he was inspired to pursue his long-held dream of earning a university qualification. As the eldest of nine siblings, Mr. Sharma has become the first in his family to reach this milestone, proudly receiving his Certificate IV in Counseling from USP Pacific Technical and Further Education.
