For our beloved coastal areas from Sigatoka to Lau and beyond: prepare for some sea shenanigans as coastal flooding is likely during high tides—so keep your flip-flops handy! You might catch a few brief showers in the rain-friendly zones of Serua-Namosi, Navua-Suva-Nausori, Tailevu-Naitasiri, Ra, and others. But don’t worry, mainly fine weather will continue elsewhere. The nights will be cooler, so you might want to cuddle up with that extra blanket!
As for the winds, expect moderate to fresh southeast breezes turning a bit more easterly tonight—kind of like a mid-week twist on your usual wind direction. Seas will be moderate to rough, so if you’re thinking of a midnight dip, it might be an adventure!
Now, let’s peek at Thursday’s forecast: be ready for occasional showers sauntering in from the west, eventually making their way over the whole group later in the day. Showers will likely get a bit more frequent (and possibly dramatic) by the afternoon, along with some isolated thunderstorms trying to crash the party.
