Cardi B has canceled her performance at Atlanta’s ONE MusicFest due to a medical emergency that required hospitalization. The rapper, who welcomed her third child with estranged husband Offset less than two months ago, announced her situation on Instagram just three days before she was scheduled to perform.

In her message shared on October 23, Cardi expressed her sadness, stating, “I am so sad to share this news, but I’ve been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency the last couple of days and I won’t be able to perform at ONE MusicFest.” While she did not provide specific details about her health, she conveyed her regret about not being able to see her fans, saying it “breaks my heart.”

She reassured her followers, saying, “Thank you for understanding and I’ll be back better and stronger soon. Don’t worry. Love y’all.”

In response, ONE MusicFest offered their support, encouraging fans to keep Cardi in their thoughts for a full recovery. They also noted their efforts to find a replacement performer at this late date.

Alongside dealing with her health issues, Cardi recently faced significant life changes after the birth of her third child and the filing for divorce from Offset after seven years of marriage. Despite these challenges, the rapper remains focused on her new role as a mother of three, previously stating on Instagram that new beginnings often follow endings. Cardi expressed gratitude for the love and strength her children have brought her, emphasizing that she can balance her personal life and career.
