The judicial review ruling concerning former FICAC Commissioner Barbara Malimali has been postponed to Monday. Originally scheduled for delivery this afternoon, Justice Dane Tuiqereqere announced the deferment, citing that he had reviewed the Commission of Inquiry report ahead of issuing his ruling.

The High Court judge is also anticipated to make a decision regarding the leave application associated with the case. This legal matter involves Malimali alongside two other parties who are contesting the findings of the Commission of Inquiry report. The delay allows for further consideration of the significant issues at hand, and many observers are keenly awaiting the outcome of this important ruling.
