The driver of a Nasese bus involved in a tragic accident in Suva in October 2023 has had his bail extended. Ronal Vikash Nair, aged 23, appeared before Magistrate Hettiwattage Shageeth at the Suva Magistrate’s Court number five, facing a charge of dangerous driving occasioning death.
This charge stems from an incident that took place at a pedestrian crossing on Victoria Parade, resulting in the death of a 23-year-old woman. According to court records, Mr. Nair has been adhering to all previously imposed bail conditions.
