The President of New Zealand Fiji Football Incorporated (NZFFI), Sachin Dutt, has praised his teams for their remarkable performances in the Pacific Community Cup, which concluded in Lautoka on Sunday. Dutt highlighted that both the Auckland All Stars and Manukau All Stars served as exemplary representatives of NZFFI, both making it to the final for the second consecutive year.
In the final match, the Auckland All Stars triumphed over the Manukau All Stars with a score of 2-0, marking a historic achievement as they became the first overseas team to secure the Pacific Community Cup title on Fijian soil.
Dutt expressed immense pride in his teams’ accomplishments, offering his congratulations to the players, officials, and sponsors. He noted the significance of witnessing both teams compete in the final in their homeland. “I am incredibly thankful to all my executives and board members for their unwavering support,” Dutt remarked, acknowledging Neelesh Ram, Robert Khan, and Jagdish Lal for their contributions.
