Two men have been apprehended for intimidating a bus attendant at the Nadi Bus Station. The arrests took place this morning, as confirmed by Assistant Commissioner of Police – Operations Livai Driu.

According to ACP Driu, these individuals are known for causing disturbances on bus journeys, which include harassing drivers and passengers. To combat this issue, the Police Operations Chief urged Public Service Vehicle (PSV) drivers and passengers alike to report any disturbances they encounter. He encouraged individuals to stop at nearby police stations, community posts, or checkpoints if they face similar issues.

Furthermore, ACP Driu called on the public to remain vigilant and look out for one another to ensure a safe and incident-free Christmas season.
