Fiji-born All Blacks winger Sevu Reece is set to take the field against Japan this Saturday, where he will play on the left wing. This match holds special significance for veteran Blues player Patrick Tuipulotu, who has been appointed captain of the All Blacks for the first time in his international career. Additionally, Peter Lakai and Ruben Love have been named among the reserves and could make their debuts.

The front row will feature Tamaiti Williams, Asafo Aumua, and Pasilio Tosi. The lock positions will see Sam Darry partnering with Tuipulotu. On the flanks, Samipeni Finau and Vice Captain Sam Cane will play, while Wallace Sititi will occupy the number 8 position.

Cam Roigard will start at number 9, and Damien McKenzie will be positioned as flyhalf. Mark Tele’a will join Reece on the wings, with Anton Lienert-Brown and Billy Proctor forming the midfield partnership. Stephen Perofeta will take his place at fullback.

In the reserves, George Bell, Ofa Tu’ungafasi, Fletcher Newell, Josh Lord, and Lakai will be available for forward support, while the backline will be covered by TJ Perenara, David Havili, and Love.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 5:50 PM at Nissan Stadium in Yokohama.
