The 2024 Deans Quarterfinals wrapped up today, with the defending champions QVS, along with Nasinu Secondary, Cuvu College, and Ratu Navula College securing their spots in the U18 competition semifinals.
In other age groups, the results were as follows:
U14: MGM narrowly defeated QVS 18-15, Marist dominated Ra High School with a score of 46-0, Lelean Memorial School triumphed over Ratu Navula College 15-10, and RKS won against Suva Grammar School 22-12.
U15: Gospel High School edged past RKS with a score of 12-7, QVS shut out Natabua High School 15-0, Marist Brothers High School narrowly defeated Sigatoka Methodist 17-13, and Suva Grammar School convincingly beat Holy Cross College 36-5.
U16: Suva Grammar won against Ba Provincial 34-24, Lelean squeezed past Marist 8-6, RKS comfortably defeated Ba Methodist 30-8, and QVS overcame Nasinu with a score of 27-12.
U17: Marist showcased their strength with a significant victory over Dawasamu Secondary School 51-5, QVS narrowly defeated Natabua High School 21-19, RKS thrashed Nabua Secondary School 55-19, and Ratu Navula College won against Nasinu 20-14.
U19: RKS delivered a strong performance against Lami High School, winning 50-11, QVS narrowly defeated Nasikawa Vision College 14-7, Ratu Navula found success against Nasinu 30-7, and Naitasiri Secondary School edged past Navatu Secondary School 17-13.
