Notable mentions include Adi Cakobau School, which increased its pass rate from 97% to 98%, and Vunisea Secondary School, which rose from 83% to 97%.
Additionally, ten secondary schools achieved a perfect 100% pass rate. These schools include Nadarivatu Secondary, Nilsen High, Tavua District Secondary, Ratu Finau Secondary, South Taveuni Secondary, Nasesevia Secondary, Valebasoga Secondary, Duavata Secondary, Rewa Secondary, and Jai Narayan College.
Minister Radrodro also emphasized the importance of support from parents and guardians as students transition into their future academic and career paths.
This news highlights the resilience of students and schools in the face of challenges. While there was a slight decrease in the overall pass rate, the improvements seen in certain institutions show that dedicated efforts can lead to success. The call for parental support is a hopeful reminder that community involvement plays a crucial role in education.
