Westpac Fiji has announced that it will be performing a scheduled upgrade to its Mobile Banking platforms on Thursday, January 9, 2025. This maintenance will take place from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM, during which time both the Westpac Mobile Banking app and the USSD feature (dialing 149#) will be temporarily unavailable.
Customers are encouraged to utilize Westpac’s Internet Banking platform for managing their accounts during this maintenance period. Westpac Fiji has expressed its apologies for any inconveniences this may cause and reassures customers that normal services will be restored by 4:00 AM on the same day.
