Westpac Fiji Announces Scheduled Mobile Banking Upgrade: What to Expect?

Westpac Fiji has announced an upcoming upgrade to its Mobile Banking platforms, scheduled for Thursday, January 9, 2025. The maintenance will take place from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM, during which time both the Westpac Mobile Banking app and the USSD feature (149#) will be temporarily unavailable.

Customers are advised to utilize Westpac’s Internet Banking services to manage their accounts while the mobile services are down. The bank has expressed its apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, ensuring that all services will be back to normal by 4:00 AM on January 9, 2025.
