Westpac Fiji has announced a scheduled upgrade to its Mobile Banking platforms on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from midnight until 4:00 AM.
During this maintenance period, customers will not be able to access both the Westpac Mobile Banking app and the *USSD feature (149#). Westpac recommends that customers utilize its Internet Banking platform to manage their accounts during this downtime.
The bank has expressed its apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and reassures customers that normal services will resume promptly at 4:00 AM on January 9, 2025.
